These terms apply when you use Googie Gogo. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
The app
Googie Gogo is provided by Vaitly. It helps you review and tidy your own photo library on your own device. You are responsible for the decisions you make in the app about your own photos.
Deleting photos
Googie Gogo never deletes anything on its own. Every removal is a batch you review and confirm, and iOS asks you to confirm again before anything is deleted. Under Apple's standard behaviour, deleted photos remain in your Recently Deleted album for a period before being removed permanently — but that album, and its behaviour, are controlled by Apple and can be affected by your storage and iCloud settings. Googie Gogo is not a backup service and does not keep a copy of anything you delete.
Please make sure you have a backup of anything you cannot afford to lose before any large clean-up.
Googie Pro
The free version of Googie Gogo works permanently and is not time limited. It allows you to review up to 50 photos per calendar day, which resets at midnight in your own time zone. Googie Pro is an optional paid upgrade that removes that daily limit and adds further features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price shown at that time.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- The Lifetime option is a one-off purchase with no renewal.
- Prices are shown by the App Store in your local currency and may vary by region.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms, not by us. We will help you with a request wherever we can.
Acceptable use
Use Googie Gogo only with photo libraries you own or are authorised to manage. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Googie Gogo working well and to keep improving it. Features may change over time. If a feature you paid for is withdrawn, we will tell you in the app before it happens.
Liability
Googie Gogo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaitly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law in your country, including your statutory rights in the UK and EU.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
